Monitoring - Please be informed that the system should now be fully operational, and it appears that we have identified the root cause of the issue.
We have implemented the necessary adjustments to address it.

We have been thoroughly monitoring the system for the past few hours, and everything seems to be functioning correctly. We will continue to closely monitor its performance to ensure full stability and be certain the issue is fully resolved.

The problem also affected report generation, but this has now been fixed as well and reports should be generated within a reasonable time.
